Consultation by the local government

At the local government a lot of useful information could be and should be collected. It must be ensured, that for the chosen land doesn’t have anyone construction or demolition permission already. A private person can take care of that easily, but there are couple of factors, why the architect should consult with a representative of the construction department. Such meeting can give the possibility to interpret the current regulations, standards, and the architect can come to know, to what must be given a special attention during the approval process, by the local government.
