House expansion in Gödöllő

Licensing plan

We were charged to design the expansion of an old house, built in multiple periods. We have discussed several arrangements and we chose this concept for the licensing plan. The part of the building which is far from the street is in a good condition, we will keep it but we have to stay close to the street with the expansion because of the locational legal regulations. Two blocks and the connecting "corridor" make up the new house.

This restriction gives the house its own uniqueness and beauty. This caused the special form which separates the living room from the children's place and the entrance is in a sheltered,priority place.
