What kind of mistakes can you make when choosing a plot?

You don’t count with the facts:

  • public utilities aren’t provided
  • the plot is too oblong
  • by complying the construction lines, the building cannot be ideally oriented
  • the site is very steep, it’s difficult to access
  • the valuable trees cannot be felled without permission
  • very poor quality of the soil
  • who the neighbors are
  • there is no infrastructure
  • the everyday commuting takes hours

We can help

We cannot help in everything, but in which we can, we do it gladly.

  • surveying the conditions of the soil
  • estimating the additional construction costs due to the specific location
  • drafting, where the conditions of the site may cause problems with the rules of the construction.

For example: A plot is for sale – on discount price –, which has sandy soil, is elongated, or is in a steep hillside, is difficult to access and the land is rocky. Or the public utilities are not provided. In other case, it turns out, by satisfying the regulations (the construction lines, fire distance and other indicators), only a northwest oriented, three-story building could be built with a small floor area. Or a fifty-year-old oak tree stands in the middle of our dream-living room? This and other similar factors can greatly influence the price of the prospective house and the costs of the construction, therefore it is worth to take all of the aspects into consideration by choosing a site. We are experienced, we can help you gladly.
