What kind of estimation do we make for our customers?

For many it is an easement that we don't work with fixed material prices. However sometimes after the reconciliation with the customer we can fix the prices. In this case we charge an extra 10% of the purchase price which contains the price of the transaction and the risk that the prices will change in the actual time of the construction but we have to work in the price which was in the contract.

There is an other option where the customer search for the products with the best price and quality, and arrange the purchase.
