Design prices

We generally design with a full-scope, it means that the price includes different expenses (cadastral administration, building control authority fiscal charges, etc.) Every single qoutation we make is unique and depends on the engineering-intellectual work, we don't believe in the price per square meter type of design prices.

That is why we think that the personal communication is very important before we make a quotation. If you thinking about a construction we highly recommend coming in to the office for a preliminary conversation where you can get some information and we can get to know each other.

LICENSING PLAN:

general energy-efficient detached house: 500 000 - 900 000 HUF

work sections: includes every expense until licence

(concept plans, renders, licensing documentation, statics, fire service, building engineering concept, energetic optimization, authority fiscal charges etc.)

GEODETICAL ANG SOIL MECHANIC SURVEY:

geodesy: ~50 000 HUF, soil mechanic survey: 150 000 - 200 000 HUF

In the licensing of a typical detached house none of these are made. In case if you have a sloping site or it includes a lot of valuable trees, geodesy might be necessary. If you are concerned for the carrying capacity of the soil or the groundwater you can chose soil mechanic survey. Generally geodesy and soil mechanic are made if the local regulation makes it mandatory.

CONSTRUCTION PLAN:

architectural and statics construction plan: 500 000 - 990 000 HUF

building engineering construction plan: 150 000 - 390 000 HUF

We have already made it clear how important we think the construction plan is. It is not only important because the building operations are easier and more quick to do from the detailed plan but the schematic budget(without prices) is also getting made in this step which is the only way to find out the real costs and to find the most suitable contractor. The price of the building engineering is also depends on the planned technologies.

SCHEMATIC BUDGET (without prices):

generally 95 000 HUF

It is often that not the é z s é designs or other studios don't make construction plans. In this case we take on making independent budget. Take a look how we do schematic budgets! We can attach prices to this budget as a competitor contractor.
