2004

Zsolt Tóth established his own business after he had seceded form his father's company. At first, he took small construction projects with the help of five people.

2005

The first order of building a whole house (vacation house in Balatonszárszó) from designing to construction.

2006

A progression started up when the contented customers recommended us, the é z s é to their friends.

2007

Most of our customers had a licensing plan which could not be used to build a house. That is why we decided to specialize on designing construction plans.

2008

We took multiple constructions at the same time, so we had to hire a new project supervisor.

2009

We started to develop a regurarly updated and interactive website. We report on our designing and constructing experiences and the information we gained at different educations. We like to show ourselves in expositions and conferences.

2010

Our design department got more emphasis because of the constant orders of complete house designs. As a new service we took on making energy certificates and optimization. We set up a seminar for the non-professional interested people. In 7 years the é z s é team got 7 times bigger.

2011

We took part in Pollack Expo (professional exposition) at Pécs where we managed to introduce ourselves. We organized a successful seminar again. The old office became little for our growing team, so we moved to district XI.
