Who we recommend it to?

1. You already have an architect

The consultation is a great oppurtunity for those who already have an architect and/or a building engineer but need some advice or would like to have a check on their plans with an independent professional. Most of our advices are about the energy-efficiency of the building and how can it become real from a rational expense.

2. You will have a construction later on, but You would like prepare yourself consciously

The consultation can be useful for those who want to build a house later, but already have some questions that a designer who is practised in engineering and construction can answer.

You chose the subject

You can change the subject any time until we answer all of them :)

You can count on our professional knowledge in these sujects:

- walls

- thermal insulation

- windows and doors

- buliding engineering installations, energetics

- arrangement of premises, functions of the building

- cost-effective materials

- building regulations

How much does it cost?

The price of the two hours consultation is 20 000 HUF +VAT. It can be longer or shorter if we make a pre-arrangement. Certainly, we can go to the field if we asked about buying a site or surveying an existing house.

Payback warranty

There is a consultation price solely because we would not like to have disadvantage from the situation that You already have an architect or so and we give some advice but we won't work together in the future. It is not about profiteering so if You are not content with our advice You do not have to pay the 20 000 HUF price.

Where and where can You have a consultation?

Generally we have this session in our office in the XI district (map) in a pre-arranged time. Basically we work from 9 to 17 o'clock but we can settle any other appointment.
