Draft plans

Draft plans are accurately drawn documents – almost with the quality of the authorization plans – on which due to the dimensions the exact sizes can be measured. At this stage can turn out, if something is wrong, and often by knowing the concrete plans, the client finds out, that it isn’t what he wanted. It is therefore worth to think carefully about the house during the consultations, to avoid making multiple different draft plans.
