We have already made two designs and the main difference between them is, one of them standing on legs and the other one has a basement. Our customers have prefered the "standing on legs" idea from the beginning. Let's take a look, how it is possible in a rationale way!

What kind of site de we have to design on?

Merging two sites we got a pretty big corner site with a steep slope to the north and a nice view. There are already a little house and a pine tree alley which we would like to retain on the site, so despite the huge site we have only little part for construction.

The owners would like to have a two-stroke construction. In the first part of the construction the top floor is going to build with the common rooms (living room, kitchen, etc.) which they will use for living at first. In the second part the down parts are going to build the definite bedrooms, bathrooms and the walk-in closets.

We designed a concept where the house instead of standing on legs we made a baasement. In this case we would put the bedrooms temporarily to the basement. We did not prefered this solution because it is completely unnecessary and uneconomical to build heated premises which we will use in the future as unheated ones. (This would be a very expensive garage.)
