Administration at the Land Registry

Many people have negative minds about the Land Registry, because long ago, if someone had anything to arrange there, could count on waiting all day long. This is now the thing of the past, the administration is fast, the necessary copy of the map and the certified ownership form can be ordered online. For online ordering, there’s one day turnaround time, but there are already services, which undertake to arrange our cases on our behalf by the Land Registry (the Budapest Land Registry doesn’t deal with the issue of the ownership forms, you have to turn to one of the three District Land Registry).

In addition, to purchase these documents is required to the authorization procedure, they can be useful too, if it turns out, that the real size of the site doesn’t match with the size registered by the authority, you can acquire the right to change the alignment.

The copy of the map is usually on 1:1000 scale, so by detached houses, it shows the plot and approximately 200 m large surrounding.
