Energy supply

In the detached house, the heating and the domestic hot water is done with gas, and the cooking with electricity. The simultaneous demand of power: 10 kW/ 3*16A. The power is supplied through NYCWY underground cables from the air-line column on the street. The host and metering unit are composed of Hensel cabinets, which are placed next to the trash container. The E0 power strip of the building can be found here as well, placed in an EPH box.

The E0 power strip provides the power supply of the fence’s lightning, the gate actuator, the door phone and the front yard’s lightning. The fence’s lightning is operated with a low switch, while the front yard’s lightning is operated with motion detector. The main power strip of the house is the “A” power strip, located in the basement. From here is supplied the “F” power strip on the ground floor. “A” supplies the consumers in the basement, “F” supplies the consumers on the ground floor.

Assembly

From the electricity meter, the measured main wiring, with 5x10 mm2 NYCWY ground cable is connected to the “A” power strip. The “F” power strip is has to be fed into with the same size. The power strips are installed outside the wall. The “A” power strip consists of small machines, their power measures are shown on the circuit diagram. The fence’s lightning is controlled by twilight switch. The circuit wires starting from the power strip are usually 13,5 • Mü III. submerged in the wall’s housing, are placed in thin-walled plastic cable, and are M-1kV copper wires.

The circuit wires belonging to the middle-lights, have to be installed with copper wires placed into thick-walled plastic tubes, which are molded into the reinforced concrete construction. These plastic tubes, which are molded into the reinforced concrete structure, are marked on the plans.

For the phone, protecting tube is planned.

The video door entry unit (BTicino) 4x2x0,8 wire installed inside the building, into 23 • Mü III protecting tube.

TV coaxial cable is planned to place into the thin-walled protecting tube, which is installed in 23 • Mü III wall housing.

The apartment’s electrical amenities satisfy the demand level set out in the MSZ 04.105 regulation, and the designed electrical installation provides even higher electrical comfort. In the rooms and in the entrance room, at least 1 socket per 4 m2 is provided. In the bathroom for the razor and for the hair-drier sockets are provided. In the kitchen three sockets are planned for the machines, connected on separate circuit.

Generally, in every room a middle lamp-connection is planned on the ceiling. In the bathrooms and in the kitchen, by the sink, local lightning is planned. The energy-efficient light sources are preferred. According to the client’s needs, in the utility room 2-2 sockets are planned for the drying- and washing machines, on separate circuit. Everywhere, the necessary protection of the installation is planned, for example in the rooms min. IP 20, and in the bathroom min. IP 22.

The front- and back yard’s, the stair’s and terrace’s lights have to be installed min. 0.5 meters, and lamps with IP 65 protection need to merged into the wall. At the gate and entrance lamps with min. IP 54 protection are planned.

The installation height of the switches is 1.0 m.

The socket planned next to the switch purposes for cleaning, it should be mounted in the common frame. The installation height if the sockets are usually 0.3 m. Except the kitchen’s and utility room’s sockets, which are installed at 1.2 m, the fridge’s and dishwasher’s sockets at 0.6 m. On the terrace, to move the shades, hardwire isolator switches are planned.

Building engineering

The building engineering needs are set by the engineering designer. The gas boiler has a built-in regulator. To the regulator belongs the thermostat installed in the living room on the ground floor. To the gas boiler and the living room’s convector sockets are provided. In the utility room exhaust ventilation is installed with humidity sensor. In the bathrooms, switch-operated exhaust is planned. In the kitchen, for the extractor hood, socket has to installed.

Shock protection

Type of shock protection: RESET

The zero and the grounding wire are installed at the EPH boxes by the meters. The building’s basic grounding must be connected to the EPH. The grounding system’s maximum dissipation resistance must be below 2 ohm. The metal pipe network shall be connected to the EPH.

Lightning protection

The building’s classification according to the OTSz: R1, M2, T1, K1, H3

Standard lightning conductor required by the OTSZ: V0o-L0o-F0/x

The planned lightning conductor’s classification: V2a-L2a-F1/x-B2

The 2 meters high lightning conductor shall be installed on the chimney. The metal vents on the roof, must be connected to the FeZn 12 lightning conductor. This lightning conductor must be installed to the building’s structure, and connected to the FeZN 16 basic grounding. The grounding’s maximum dissipation resistance must be below 2 ohm. On the arrester, in the DEHN cabinet, measurement possibility must be installed, 1.5 m above the ground.

Door phone

The video door phone (BTicino type) is placed by the entrance. An interior unit is planned on every floor. From the interior unit, the gate can be opened. The video door phone must be installed with 4x2x0,8 wires, inside the building placed in 23 • Mü III protecting tube. Between the building and the gate, a 40 • KPE protecting tube must be prepared.

Phone

The receiver of the postal access is placed in a 200x200 box in the basement’s wardrobe. The telephone exchange must be installed here as well. From here is built a structured network with a 16 • Mü III protection tube. The Hungarian Telekom has a service, which enables to view the TV programs through our own network. This approach is advisable. In the garden, till the building a 40 • KPE protection tube must be installed for the postal cable.

TV antenna

The opportunity to receive the TV cable is also given. The amplifier is installed in the basement’s wardrobe. From here goes the coaxial cable placed in a protecting cable. In every room a TV receiving point has been installed. Between the building and the gate a 40 • KPE protection tube must be installed.

Burglar alarm system

The rooms are equipped with passive infrared motion detector, the doors and windows have opening-sensors, the rooms with large glazed surface have glass break detectors. The burglar alarm system’s control panel is installed at the basement’s wardrobe. The exterior sound- and light equipment must be placed on the street façade wall. In case of emergency, alarm can be delivered to the desired address with the programmable module. The burglar alarm system can deactivated with two codes. The alarm system’s wiring is depending on the system, so 16 • Mü III. protecting tube is planned.
