All of us at é z s é, inculding the intellectual part and the leaders of the construction department, took part in a manager training where we learned how to organize and how to make more efficient our everydays.
What is your product, how can you motivate your employees, how to distribute the different tasks, do not postpone the displeasant duties. We have already practiced what we learned.
