Heat recovery ventillation

We have been sure about the necessity of the heat recovery ventillation from the beginnings and we proved it later with calculations.

The operation: an air exchanging installation extracts the used air from the most accused premises (toilet, bathroom, kitchen). The leaving hot air flows through a heat tank with sheets and egresses most of the stored heat. It is important because the air coming from outside in counter-current or cross counter-current, is heated up in this tank and remains fresh because we use only the heat of the used air and the two mediums are not mixing with each other.

Practically, the fresh air is blown into the less accused premises such as the living- and the bedrooms. We can be satisfied with the efficiency of the heat recovery if it is at least 75%.

Depending on what kind of heating is replaced with a heat recovery ventillation, 200 000 - 300 000 HUF can be saved, but maybe the constant comfort is more important and that the passive cooling works together with the HHVAC what makes more reasonable the whole one-time investment.
