My philosophy

"In the past ten years of contructing I managed to find out what really matters. On one hand, if my work is reliable and has a good quality, I can be charged with many projects without advertising. On the other hand, I realized the importance of the personal contact with my customers and the fact that after ten years or so I am resposible for each and every project I made. I created this page because I noticed that my customers could not get every possible information in the designing process."

The answer for the question -why I design and costruct just detached houses- is that I think these kind of buildings are always personal, because the customer will live in it and use it. It is important for me that the customer would think about the whole construction process that how fortunate that Zsolti made it. That is why I have a good relation with my old customers. Certainly, it could not turn out this way if they were not content with their homes. For the sake of remaining in this position I try to consider every possibilities and discuss them with my customers.

I think the concept of passive houses is one of these possibilities, but I do not want to force it on anybody. The decision is always depends on the customer, but apart from the obvious benefits of the energy-efficient buildings, I would like attract attention to the changes of the real estate market. It is about how an average house will act in the tightened requirements in ten year"s time.
